The main production facilities for the majority of the oak wood we use are in France and Germany, both of which are oak-rich regions with higher rates of tree planting than tree harvesting. We now have the opportunity to manage oak log production in a sustainable manner. 1. THE SILK MATT UV FINISH
Surface treatments are widely available, with prices varying according to the high-quality wood species and desired appearance. The Silk Matt UV finish has an ultra-matte gloss that is within 5% of that of a naturally oiled finish while still retaining the UV lacquer's wear resistance and anti-scratch properties.
2. REAL SOILD WOOD WEAR LAYER
Natural flooring is thought to be of higher quality and will last longer because it can be sanded and refinished in the future if necessary and has a stronger wear layer. The majority of engineered wood floors can be recoated, and if they are properly maintained and cared for, all engineered floors can last a very long time, making them an investment that will pay off. This is true regardless of the wear layer thickness.
3. SUPPORTIVE CENTRAL CORE
The engineered wood floor's core is made of a softwood, high density fiberboard, or plywood composite, making it more adaptable and producing a more stable floor, particularly in environments with fluctuating moisture levels. A special tongue equipment installation system is also available, which simplifies customer installation and increases the structure's stability.
